What we collect when you use this site, and what we do with it.
Maddarini Automation is operated by Thrivelink LLC, based in Missoula, Montana, serving businesses nationwide. This policy covers the public website at maddarini.com — it doesn't cover the internal systems we build and run for paying clients, which are governed by that client's own service agreement.
The only place this site collects information from you is the Free AI Audit form. Depending on what you fill in, that can include: your name, business email, business name, phone number, city or service area, industry, team size, the challenges you select, your familiarity with AI tools, your budget range, and anything you type into the optional message field.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — things like which pages get viewed and how people arrived here. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. It doesn't collect your name, email, or anything you haven't chosen to submit through our form. You can opt out using a browser extension like Google's Analytics opt-out, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Everything you submit is used for one purpose: to prepare and follow up on your free audit. If you check the box agreeing to it, we'll also occasionally send you related updates — you can unsubscribe from those at any time by replying to any email we send or contacting us directly.
We don't use your information for anything beyond that, and we don't sell it.
Form submissions are emailed directly to our business inbox — this site doesn't store your information in a database. If you become a client, the automation systems we build and run for your business may involve third-party platforms (for example, GoHighLevel); how that data is handled is covered in your service agreement, not this policy.

This site is intended for business owners and decision-makers. It's not directed at, and we don't knowingly collect information from, anyone under 13.
