The plain-language terms for using this site and working with us.
These terms apply to maddarini.com and to Maddarini Automation, operated by Thrivelink LLC (Missoula, Montana). By using this site or requesting a free audit, you agree to them. If you become a paying client, the specific scope, pricing, and terms of that engagement are set out separately at your audit — these general terms don't override that agreement.
Requesting or receiving a free audit costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side. It's a real, specific look at your business, not a sales script — the report or recommendation is yours whether or not you become a client.
Current plans and pricing are listed on our Pricing page; specific scope and start date are confirmed at your audit before anything is billed. Plans are billed monthly. There's no minimum commitment tied to being an existing client — every plan opens through the same free audit.
Everything we build runs on your own phone number, your own CRM, and your own accounts. If you cancel, it stays yours, working the way it did when you left it — we don't hold your systems or data hostage to keep you as a customer.
We're specific about what automation can realistically do for your business, but we can't guarantee a particular revenue outcome, lead volume, or dollar figure — every business is different. Any example numbers, ROI math, or dashboard mockups shown on this site are illustrative, not a promise of results for your business.
Don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt it, or use anything on it for an unlawful purpose. We may decline to work with a prospect or client at our discretion.
The content, design, and copy on this site belong to Maddarini Automation. Systems, configurations, and data built specifically for your business during a paid engagement are yours, per the "no lock-in" policy above.
This site and its content are provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, Maddarini Automation isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services, beyond what's separately agreed in a client service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
